We use the information you provide solely to:

Process and respond to your maintenance requests
Send you SMS notifications about the status of your maintenance request
Coordinate repairs with our maintenance staff
Maintain records of property maintenance history

4. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and submitting a maintenance request, you consent to receive SMS text messages from C&A Rental Management regarding your request. These messages may include confirmation of receipt, status updates, and completion notices.

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, share, or disclose your mobile phone number or any mobile information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

Your personal information, including your phone number, is used solely to process and respond to your maintenance requests. We use third-party service providers strictly as data processors to operate our maintenance system:

Our maintenance staff and contractors, solely for the purpose of completing your repair
Property management software (Airtable, Rentvine) used to track and manage requests internally
SMS delivery service (Twilio) used solely to send you maintenance status notifications — your phone number is never used for marketing

These service providers are prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to C&A Rental Management. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain maintenance request records for a period of up to 3 years for property management and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Our systems use industry-standard encryption and secure cloud storage.
